Ordering a website is like building a house rather than buying an established one: there are many options. Understanding them and making choices takes time that's proportional to the degree of detail you specify, and the website design price varies depending on the features.

I offer ample free telephone consultation time to help you settle on features for your site prior to quoting.

A website design quotation then follows at no charge for simple changes to website design or content, or at a fixed AU$66 for detailed quotations on full websites or other detailed projects.

Project work may be done at an hourly rate or based on a fixed-price quotation.

How much does a website cost?

Potential clients often ask something like: "Can you let me know how much you charge for a website?"

Without details, the short answer is no. I actually can't. The long answer is, "It depends". It's a little like asking a builder, "How much do you charge for a house?" Would you like the one-bedroom relocatable home without land or the beachfront mansion?

Some designers use "packages" with set prices. It's a great way to demonstrate value for money, but may also limit your options or cost you for features you don't need.

I believe my target market benefits from a custom quotation every time. I talk to clients for free until they know what they want. Then I quote!
